Meet Leslie Hilton | Your Success Partner
Leslie has spent over 20 years perfecting a process to help leaders and teams become more effective in delivering tangible business results. Her 30 years of business and leadership experience, and her Master’s degree in Management from Oxford, gave her a solid foundation in understanding the many disciplines and models of leadership and team development. She realized that each approach has advantages and disadvantages—depending on the situation. No one approach works in every situation. How then, would executives know which expert will serve them best? With that problem in mind, Leslie set out to create a solution. Over several years, she built, tested and refined a process using the best elements of behavioral science, business management theory, and academic research. Adding to that many years of real world business experience allowed her to perfect a solution; a unique process that combines the best of many disciplines and gets results in every situation.
Today, Leslie is a leader in the executive coaching field, with a focus on unleashing and leveraging human effectiveness.
